From product thinking to funding strategies and venture operations.
Product & Growth
Discovery, prioritisation, roadmapping, go‑to‑market, metrics, and growth loops.
VC & Fundraising
Term sheets, cap tables, SAFE/convertibles, due diligence, and investor relations.
African Tech Cases
Case studies across fintech, e‑commerce, and logistics, with local data.
Semester 3: M&A, Strategy & Enterprise Expansion
Learn to evaluate, negotiate, and integrate deals, from local scale‑ups to cross‑border expansion.
Deal Mechanics
Valuation, synergies, deal structures, anti‑trust, and ethics.
Negotiation Lab
Buyer vs seller simulations; LOIs, SPAs, reps & warranties, earn‑outs.
Integration & PMO
Post‑merger integration, change management, and value tracking.
Capstone & Certification
Each semester ends with a capstone tied to real organisations. Submit to a mentor panel for review. Successful candidates receive a verifiable certificate.
