Semester 3: M&A, Strategy & Enterprise Expansion

Learn to evaluate, negotiate, and integrate deals, from local scale‑ups to cross‑border expansion.

Deal Mechanics

Valuation, synergies, deal structures, anti‑trust, and ethics.

Negotiation Lab

Buyer vs seller simulations; LOIs, SPAs, reps & warranties, earn‑outs.

Integration & PMO

Post‑merger integration, change management, and value tracking.

Capstone & Certification
